From the beginning of his legal career in 1980, Partner Richard Hersch has been an aggressive criminal defense attorney vigorously representing persons accused of crime in the state and federal courts. Partner Patrice Talisman received her training from Sam Daniels, former U.S. Supreme Court Law Clerk for Justice Hugo Black. Partner Richard Hersch has written extensively on criminal defense and DUI law and currently contributes to the FACDL Defender magazine. He currently serves on the faculty of criminal defense seminar programs in Florida and is President elect of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In addition, he has taken an instrumental lead in getting Florida to improve the application of field sobriety and breath analyzer tests that are currently used to convict, often wrongfully, so many drivers.
